I possess strong technical knowledge and practical experience in Cloud platforms, particularly OpenStack and Kubernetes, and I'm well-versed in end-to-end call flow analysis, daily system health checks, incident management, and troubleshooting complex issues.

  • Managed daily NOC activities including Cloud health checks, VM migrations, hardware issue escalation, and live node maintenance/upgrades.
  • Provided provisioning solutions and supported multiple client projects (VEON, RAKUTEN, DISH, DRILLIS).
